The founding partner of Northpoint Collision Consultants in 2006, Russ has provided expert collision reconstruction services to police agencies, insurance companies, and law firms for more than two decades. While he has the training and experience to offer a broad range of professional services such as the reconstruction of car, heavy truck and motorcycle crashes, he has a reputation of being at the top of his field in the investigation and reconstruction of car versus pedestrian and bicycle cases.

Russ has taught all levels of accident investigation and reconstruction at the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council, the New Hampshire State Police and at the Kosovo Police Service School in the Balkan's. His lessons included all aspects of accident investigation and reconstruction, but he is best known for teaching the proper techniques and skills of collecting and preserving vehicle and roadway evidence, as well as how to create precise scaled diagrams from collision data.

Russ has personally reconstructed hundreds of collisions and has assisted many other reconstructionists with hundreds of their own analyses. Most of his experience involves the analysis of serious personal injury or death cases. As an active member of the Belknap Country Regional Accident Investigation Team in New Hampshire, he continues to respond to active crashes to assist law enforcement agencies with their at-scene investigations and analyses of complex traffic collisions.

Russ has been recognized as an expert in accident investigation and reconstruction in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Jersey.
